Important Time Frames

  • Orders can be cancelled only within the same day of order placement (if not dispatched)
  • Product issues must be reported within the same day of delivery
  • Refunds typically process within 6-8 days after approval

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement and before dispatch.

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your order. Here's our process:

How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Contact our customer service team promptly via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will check if your order has been dispatched
  4. If eligible, your cancellation will be processed and confirmed

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's policies.

Important: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery.

CRESCENT HALWA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, please note:

  • Perishable Items: CRESCENT HALWA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Returns are accepted under the following specific circumstances:

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the damaged item to help us improve our packaging and handling procedures.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product that doesn't match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund as per your preference.

Quality Concerns

If you're unsatisfied with the product quality (taste, texture, freshness, etc.), please provide specific feedback about the issue. Our team will review each case individually and work to find an appropriate resolution.

For a valid return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Upon approval of your return request, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Important Reporting Timeframes:

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
